Can I use a discount code on an order placed with Purple Dot?

Most discount codes can be used for an order hosted with Purple Dot although some restrictions can apply. Only one TALA gift card or discount code can be used per order.

Purple Dot accepts all the major card networks - Visa, MasterCard and American Express. TALA Gift cards can be used on pre-order although it is limited to only one gift card or discount code per order and they cannot be used towards the cost of shipp

Why is my Pre Order not showing in my order history?

Pre-orders will only show in your order history once we begin processing your order for despatch. This is to enable the option to cancel at any time before this using the link provided in your confirmation email.
