Purple Dot returns and refundsUpdated a month ago
If you need to return an item that was ordered with Purple Dot, you will need your six-digit order number, this can be obtained by logging in to your account (If you have activated an account) or by contacting our customer service team either by email [email protected] or using our live chat quoting the email address used when ordering and item ordered.
Returns will follow our usual returns process via the returns portal.
If you have cancelled your order placed with Purple Dot, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Refunds are issued back to the debit, credit card or TALA gift card used at checkout.
