How do I report a faulty product?Updated 21 days ago

If you receive an item in a faulty condition, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you. You can reach our Customer Service team via email at [email protected] or by Live Chat or WhatsApp.

Please include images of the faulty item, and confirm your order number when contacting us.

If you are concerned that an item ordered less than 6 months ago has become faulty, please email [email protected], and our Customer Service Team will look into this.
