Why have I been refunded less than I expected?Updated a year ago

If you have used a discount code when ordering or purchased items as part of a bundle promotion the refund you receive will be the amount due after taking these discounts in to account.

If you have paid in a currency other than our supported currencies of GBP and USD the refund you receive will also be subject to exchange rates applied by your bank/ payment provider.

For US customers who have used the provided USPS label a charge of £5 (converted to USD) will be deducted from your refund amount.
