Why have I been refunded less than I expected?Updated 15 days ago
If you have used a discount code when ordering or purchased items as part of a bundle promotion, the refund you receive will be the amount due after taking these discounts into account.
If you have paid in a currency other than our supported currencies (GBP, USD, EUR) the refund you receive will be subject to exchange rates applied by your bank/payment provider.
For US & EU customers who have used the provided pre-paid label, the charge for this will be deducted from your refund amount.
