How much do returns cost?Updated 17 days ago

All returns must be registered in the returns portal. Please keep hold of your proof of postage (or take a photo for reference) until your return has been completed. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and adhere to our returns policy - read more about this here.

Returns are free* within the UK, this includes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
We will provide a prepaid Royal Mail label to be used to post your return.

*additional exchanges will be charged a postage and handling fee

Returns from the US & EU countries: we provide an unpaid label at cost.

• US Orders from 08/04/2026 onwards will have an updated return policy of £15.00 to return via FedEx. Prior to this returns are via USPS and cost £5.00, charges will be converted to USD and deducted from the refund value
• EU returns via UPS are charged at £13.00, charges will be converted to EUR and deducted from the refund value

Returns from the Rest of the World: the return address will be provided and can be printed for convenience, but you must arrange and pay for your own postage. 
We recommend using a service that can provide proof of postage and an appropriate level of tracking/insurance. 

You must include the following details in your return parcel to ensure your return is identifiable and therefore processed as quickly as possible:

• Your name
• The order number
• The original shipping address
