How long will my refund/ exchange take?Updated a year ago

Due to the busy time of year there are currently delays in returns been processed and therefore ask to allow up to 10 working days from your return being received for your return to be completed.
upon receipt you will receive email confirmation and we will action your return as soon as possible from this date, please keep all postage receipts until your return has been completed.
 

Our aim is to always process returns as quickly as possible although it can take a little longer at busy times, once your return has been processed at our warehouse you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your return (email confirmation unavailable for US customers) and our Customer Services team will action your refund/exchange request
as soon as possible after this.

At busy times this process could take up to 14 days between us receiving your return and a refund/ replacement being issued, but we will always endeavour to complete this process as quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately new tracking links are not automatically sent for exchange items, if you have a query regarding an exchange please do contact us and we can check on the status/ provide tracking once available.

*Replacements/ exchanges are not available to US customers, all returns will be refunded.
