How do I return a gift?Updated 8 months ago
Please note to return a gift you will need the original order number, the buyers name, the buyers full address. If you need to request an exchange and the new order needs to be posted to a different address please also clearly state this in the TALA Returns Portal message box.
Exchanges are always subject to stock being available at the time of processing, if no stock is available a refund will be processed back onto the original payment method.
We recommend posting at a location that can provide a proof of postage receipt, please keep hold of your proof of postage or take a photo for reference until your return has been completed.
