To start a return, head to our Returns Portal and register the items you'd like to return.
EU customers, use our EU Returns Portal.
Customers from the Rest of the World, use our ROW Returns Portal.
The return address will be provided and can be printed for convenience, but you must arrange and pay for your own postage.*
We are unable to offer exchanges to our international customers, all returns will be refunded.
Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and adhere to our returns policy - read more about this here.
You must include the following details in your return parcel to ensure your return is identifiable and therefore processed as quickly as possible:
- your name
- the order number
- the original shipping address
*We recommend using a service that can provide a proof of postage receipt and an appropriate level of tracking/insurance. Please keep hold of your proof of postage (or take a photo for reference) until your return has been completed.
Exceptions
Hygiene and our customers' security are super important, so some items can't be returned, including:
- Underwear: thongs, briefs, bodysuits (bodysuits from our 365 range can be returned)
- Socks
- Hair clips, scrunchies, and headbands
- Face coverings
Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker still in place.
Your statutory rights are not affected. All items are inspected upon return.
