For all returns, please keep hold of your proof of postage (or take a photo for reference) until your return has been completed. Please ensure that all returns are securely packaged and adhere to our returns policy - read more about this here.
EU Returns
EU customers, use our EU Returns Portal to register your items for return for refund only, we do not currently offer international exchanges.
Customers can choose to use our pre-paid, tracked return service. This costs £13 GBP which will be converted to EUR and deducted from your refund amount.
Alternatively, customers can choose to use a courier of their choice. The return address will be provided and can be printed for convenience, but you must arrange and pay for your own postage. We recommend using a service that can provide a proof of postage receipt and an appropriate level of tracking/insurance.
Rest Of World Returns
Customers from the Rest of the World, use our Returns Portal to register your items for return for refund only, we do not currently offer international exchanges.
The return address will be provided and can be printed for convenience, but you must arrange and pay for your own postage. We recommend using a service that can provide a proof of postage receipt and an appropriate level of tracking/insurance.
You must include the following details in your return parcel to ensure your return is identifiable and therefore processed as quickly as possible:
- your name
- the order number
- the original shipping address
