Can I change the delivery address of my order?Updated a year ago

If your order has not been processed by our warehouse team we can often make changes to the delivery address if required (some payment methods may have restrictions on this)

Please contact us as soon as possible if you require a change to the delivery address of your order you can email us on [email protected] or use our live chat to send us a message. 

If you order has been processed by our warehouse we are unable to make any changes at this point - some delivery options may off some delivery options once the delivery has been scheduled such as delivery to a safe place or neighbour, although we cannot guarantee these options on every occasion and would need to be requested directly with the service provider using the tracking information you have been provided.
