How to leave a product review.Updated a year ago
All customers will be asked to review their recent order within 2-3 weeks of delivery.
Any product reviews where our customers have been disappointed in their products are sent through to our customer service team so that they can reach out to understand the issue better and support with any resolution if needed, whilst this process takes place and our customer service team are handling the review it does not show on our website and at busy times this can cause a little delay in publishing.
